Teams
This year, invitations to the BOI were sent out to nine countries: Denmark, Finland, Germany, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Poland, Russia, and Sweden. A team of eight contestants and two team leaders was invited from each country. Unfortunately, not all invited countries are able to send a team (or a full team) to Tartu.
So far, we have received confirmations as follows:

You may notice that there are ten contestants instead of eight listed for Estonia. It has long been a tradition of the BOI that the host country can have either a second team or a few extra contestants. This year, Martin Laak and Aivo Paas are the extra contestants from Estonia.
